Mix a 2-3” layer of Kristy K Organics Compost into the soil before planting.

 

The following guidelines can be used to determine spacing and support:

 

Plant bush beans seeds 1-2 feet apart.

Plant peas less than 1 inch apart in rows 6 inches apart.

 

Pole beans, and certain types of peas like to climb. A 4-5’ fence will be good for most peas, and a 6-8’ pole will be good for pole beans.
